Dr. Ben is an outside the box thinker who's applied a holistic approach to tattoo lightening and removal using a patent-pending method that dramatically reduces scarring potential in the process. He has multiple patents, which include Zinc Finger Technology that is clinically proven to repair DNA and accelerate wound healing, and the use of Trioxolane to improve several skin conditions including allergic reactions to ink.

 Tina Seitz is a pioneering skincare innovator with over 30 years of experience in the skincare industry. She co-founded one of the first eco-friendly wellness spas and has developed solutions globally, particularly in the innovative Korean beauty market. Most recently, Tina launched a microbiome skincare line that highlights the connection between gut-brain-skin health. Her deep understanding of ingredient physiology, combined with her holistic approach, led her to collaborate with Ben Johnson, M.D., to develop a patented system that uniquely empowers the body to remove ink, toxins, heavy metals, and allergens, while promoting natural healing. Xtract stands at the forefront of ink removal and scar remodeling, pioneering transformative, integrative skincare innovations that deliver results. 

ERIKA RESENER

International Master Trainer

Xtract’s International Master Trainer; Erika is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, Esthetician, and Permanent Cosmetic Educator.

Erika has a passion and desire to provide natural-looking permanent makeup for her clients, which led her to become a trainer for a nationally known Microblading company. It was during this time she saw the increasing demand for ink removal from poorly trained artists.

Upon discussing this future epidemic with her peers; she was influenced to look for removal solutions that would preserve the skin, hair and prevent scarring.  After much research and training from multiple companies, she fell in love with Xtract®.

Francesca Waltham

United Kingdom, Xtract Scar Remodeling Trainer

Francesca is a Micropigmentation Specialist, Medical Tattooing Educator, and successful clinic owner. Francesca discovered her passion for permanent makeup in 2005 and trained in micropigmentation in 2007. With over 12 years of teaching experience, she was among the first trainers to offer level 4 qualifications in micropigmentation and microblading, continuing this work for more than 8 years in colleges across Rochdale and Halifax, England. Her dedication to advancements led her into the medical industry training professionals in medical tattooing where she developed and enhanced her skills in scar revision for post-surgery patients.

Currently, Francesca is preparing to launch her own training center, which will offer Xtract training alongside Level 4 qualifications in micropigmentation, level 4 micro-needling and peels and level 5 in aesthetic practices, as well as Level 3 facial qualifications. She also runs private clinics focused on micropigmentation, scar remodeling, and Osmosis in Leeds and Belfast.
